Click on Students: K-12, then click Biography Reference Center.
The American Revolution by Los Rios Libraries own several collections of primary sources that could be helpful for your research. A few are ebooks. Others you could request be sent to the North Natomas Library. This is not a comprehensive list so you can also try searching on your own (The Find More Stuff: Primary Sources page will show you how) or get in touch for other recommendations.
