The name and description of this database are problematic in that they contribute to the misconception of White as a norm and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) as "other," of White as "neutral" and BIPOC as "ethnic." That said, this database has some great content and searching for terms like grocery redlining or food apartheid, will be helpful :)
