When using the websites below, it's best to start with only 1-3 keywords.

    • This website will be useful for exploring specific job duties, salary, education, and working conditions.

    • This website will be useful in exploring job duties, salary, working conditions, and personal interests. 
  • Assist
    • This website will be useful to go in depth on required classes for your particular major field. 
  • Eureka
    • This website will help identify your personal interests, strengths, values, and skills.

OneSearch is really what it's name implies, one place to search for many different kinds of sources, including; books, eBooks, academic articles, news articles, videos, and more!


OneSearch Search Tips:

  • 2-5 keywords often works well
  • Take advantage of the filters on the left of your results list
  • Change the keywords in your searches - think synonyms!
    • Example: job, career, profession, occupation, vocation, etc. 
  • It may be helpful to add the phrase "vocation"  or "career" to your search.
