Keep track of the time that you spend viewing these tutorials and the time that you spend practicing what you've learned. Then claim the credit on your flex attendance record under Step 5: Additional Activities.

Creating Article and Journal Alerts

If there's a topic in which you have an ongoing interest, you don’t need to periodically go to the databases to run the exact same search and over again to stay abreast of it. You can set up an alert to have the database run the search for you and email you whenever there are new articles on your topic. 

Finding News with LexisNexis Academic

LexisNexis is an incredible resource, providing information from news sources from around the globe. It's also not terribly user-friendly. Learn how to make the most of this fantastic database in these tutorials.
