The Library uses an enterprise software platform to manage a large number of activities and resources. The products are: Alma (back-end) and Primo VE (front-end) discovery service, which we have branded as OneSearch. Both are provided by Ex Libris, a subsidiary of ProQuest. This software allows us to:

As of 2020,110 of the 114 California Community College libraries use this same software system, and some of the cloud-based back-end features are shared across the CCC system. Alma and Primo are also currently in use at a large number of universities, including the entire CSU system.
The ARC library, college and district websites are all managed in one instance of the content management system Ingeniux.
LibApps is a suite of services provided by Springshare used by libraries to share information and manage library services and resources.
